For the second you write them as improper fractions then do the same
So it is

So the answer to the first question is 3 and the second is 12

1/2 divided by 1/6: keep, change, change
1/2 times 6/1 equals 6/2 which is simplified to 3.

3/2 divided by 1/8: keep, change, change
3/2 times 8/1 equals 24/2 which is simplified to 12
