To do that, divide the number of ounces by 16 and add to the number of pounds.
For example, 152 lb 4 oz = 152 lb + 4/16 lb= 152.25 lb
14 lb 8 oz = 14 lb + 8/16 lb = 14.5 lb
Do the above for all given weights.
For each line, do this.
Divide the number in the left column by the number in the middle column.
For example, 152.25/14.5 = 10.5. Since the ratios are always the same, the first column is always 10.5 times the middle column.
If you are given the left column, divide by 10.5 to find the middle column.
If you are given the middle column, multiply by10.5 to find the left column.
Finally, add the left and middle columns to find the right column.
