Eight students reported the number of movies they saw in the past year this is what they reported 5, 6, 4, 12, 6, 17, 19 find the median and mean number of movies students saw

To Find the median you order them from least to greates or vice versa, therefore 4,5,6,6,12,17,19  the median would be 6 because it is in the middle, the mean would be adding all of them and dividing by 7 because there are 7 variables. therefore the mean is 9.85 or you can round to 10 / 9.9
