height is still gonna be h 
Area is given in the problem 
h^2+8h+12=(width)h 
So doing some long division.. 
h√h^2+8h+12 = h+8+12/h 
-(h^2) 
8h+12 
-(8h) 
12 
Which is completely unnecessary but I did it just to show you ;)
