A) draw a ship at one point and draw an arrow to the left (ship is sailing west). draw another point with a 230 degree angle from the ship, place the lighthouse in this position. then, draw a line from the light house to the ship, label 20 km. form the first right triangle. then draw a similar triangle, label the distance from the ship to the lighthouse 16 km, this is the new distance as the ship moves to the west.
