I am so so sorry, i know what it feels like to lose a friend. the advice i was given was to be nice to them even if they are mean to you and try to get your mind off it. i can suggest listening to music and watching minecraft twitch streamers like tommyinnit dreamwastaken and georgenotfound seriously, they help anxiety and boredom. try to stay calm when in court and if you look it up on the internet, there is a military method to sleep that makes me settle down to sleep. then you can take deep breaths and maybe listen to white noise or music. so so sorry this is happening to you :((

i don't know you, but i know It's not healthy to be stressing that much, and if you're bf is giving you that much stress then it may not be worth it, you need to find non-toxic friends.

It is a constant interest that doesnt wait to start, so it is compounding
