    3y = -2x + 1470
    y = -2/3x + 490
    the slope is -2/3 and the y int is (0,490)

2. u would plot (0,490)...and since the slope is -2/3, u would come down 2 spaces, and go to the right 3 spaces...plot that point...then down 2, and to the right 3...plot that pointkeep doing this and finally, connect ur dots and u have ur line

    y = -2/3x + 490.. to turn it into function notation, sub in f(x) for y
    f(x) = -2/3x + 490

4. y = -2/3x + 490y int is (0,490)x int is (735,0)...slope is -2/3

5. 2x + 3y = 1593      vs.     2x + 3y = 1470
    3y = -2x + 1593               3y = -2x + 1470
    y = -2/3x + 531                 y = -2/3x + 490
