Now lets subtract and take out magazines price.  

16.49 - 3.99 = 12.50
12.50 - 3.99 = 8.51
8.51 - 3.99 = 4.52
So the 4 packs of stickers TOGETHER cost $4.52. Now we are going to divide to find each price. 

4.52 ÷ 4 = 1.13
1 sticker sheet costs $1.13

CHECK OUR WORK:-

1.13 × 4 = 4.25.
We were RIGHT!!!
