Although there are several ways to solve this, we are going to start by plotting these points on a graph. Then, we will draw a line connecting them. This will allow us to simply count our slope.

However, to be able to count our slope, we must understand what slope is. The slope of a line describes its steepness, and it is the change in the y-value over the change in the x-value. It can be negative or positive, fractions or whole numbers, but will always be in the format of  (which sometimes can be simplified to a whole number).

Below, I have attached a graph with what this line will look like. When we look at this, we will notice that it is actually just a horizontal line. Since the line is not "climbing," it would have a slope of 0.

The math to prove this is simple, because when we put this in  format, we will notice that it is actually just , which equals 0.

Using all of the logic above and the graph below, we can conclude that the slope of this line is 0.
