c. 2:00 is 1/3 of the way up from 3:00 x-axis to 12:00 y-axis so fie = pi/6
v= (cos pi/6, sin pi/6) = sqrt 3/2, 1/2

I'm not quite sure, but the signs *might* have to be greater/less than or equal to, not just greater/less than. Anyways, it can't be an "or" situation because each pack needs to fit ALL criteria. This needs to be an "and" problem.
