What is the volume of a cylinder with a 8 inch diameter and 6.2 inch height

To find the volume of a cylinder you need to know the height and radius. 
You already know the height and the radius equals half of the diameter so that will be 4.

Formula for cylinder volume: πr²h
=3.14×4²×6.2
=3.14×16×6.2
=311.488 in³

It's almost like a trick question, out of the 11 tall people he is among the 9 shortest (Tall) people, so from the Third Tallest person to the Eleventh Tallest person they are considered the 9 Shortest (Tall) People.
