Conduction
Explanation:
The boiling heat is transforming heat to my hand through conduction. Conduction is a mode of heat transfer which is the transfer of heat from one body to another without any actual movement of the bodies. It does not occur in vacuum.
In conduction, heat is transferred from a region of high temperature to a region of low temperature. This means that the temperature of the pot of boiling water is higher than that of the hand and as such heat will be transferred from the pot to the hand due to temperature gradient. Note that there is no need need for the bodies in question (pot and the hand) to move before the heat will be transferred.
