During World War I, mental tests were administered to army recruits. The results of these tests were wrongly interpreted to suggest that Caucasians were superior to minorities. This is an example of bias in early psychology.

Racial bias can be defined simply as having an implicit and/or explicit prejudice (bias) ,idea or impression for a particular race, either your own or another.
