The elderly are stereotyped in a few different ways, such as bad with tech, confused and sweet and/or , mean and old fashioned, to name a few.
To decrease the ageism they experience, we could
1) Examine our own attitudes towards aging
2) Reach out to the older people in your life
3) Stop getting annoyed with their slowness or mistakes, and instead offer your help and support
