This is because, to err is human. When someone annoys me for the first time, I will assume that it was do to misunderstanding. But cummulative annoyance from same person triggers negative reaction.

The best strategy I used to manage the trigger is to register my displeasure after the 3rd time. In a situation I am greatly annoyed, I simply walk out from the person in-order to avoid reacting negeatively and violently towards the person.
