What is the difference between concealed and revealed propaganda

concealed propaganda is where the person reading the propaganda does not know what the poster will make them do, but the people who made the poster do. For example during the war concealed propapganda would be hints on a piece of paper on the wall... "join the war, you the only man who hasn't"
