What is the major difference between rehabilitation and habilitative therapeutic exercise?

Habalitative exercises are those that help you maintain skills you already had or to learn new skills. Rehabilitative exercises are those that help you to relearn skills that were lost due to an incident or atrophy. Rehabilitation is often synonymous with recovery.
