4.1. Read the passage below and answer the questions that follows. Leukemia and Bone Marrow Transplant
Leukemia, is a type of cancer which affects blood cells. This disease
(as well as many other) is caused by abnormal stem cells in the bone
marrow producing defective or immature blood cells. These abnormal
stem cells are usually treated by chemotherapy Unfortunately, the large
doses of chemotherapy required also destroy healthy bone marrow A
bone marrow transplant is necessary to replace the diseased and
damaged bone marrow

Answer

The four essential processes by which a multicellular organism is made: cell proliferation, cell specialization, cell interaction, and cell movement. In a developing embryo, all these processes are happening at once, in a kaleidoscopic variety of different ways in different parts of the organism.
