Behavior is often influenced by family and cultural experience. this often affects the nutritional choices and eating habits that formed starting in infancy. for a young adult that grew up eating meat and carbs at every meals and dessert most nights, which change represents the biggest change toward more healthy eating habits? a) shifting to a lower meat consumption and gluten free products. b) adding an all vegetable meal once a week to regular eating habits. c) eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat, carbs, and dessert. d) including a salad to dinner each night while changing nothing else.
