I think i'll eat them, if it's scientifically proven that it is non-toxic for humans. Well, for the environment, there will be some negative impacts for the insects. They cannot eat these kind of plants anymore. If they can't eat, they will die otherwise the species will be extinct. If the plants which bees feed on are affected, the bees will not have enough to eat, enough to make honey and can no longer gather pollen from flower to flower. If the bees die, the plants cannot transmit their pollen and reproduce well, then they will be no more fruits or vegetables for us and animals. If i return to the insects, there is some animals that eat the insects! Birds, small rodents, omnivorous, insectivores... If they lose this source of food they'll migrate or they'll die. If there are fewer herbivores or other animals, predators will not have much to eat, they will turn off too. Small changes can bring big changes in one ecosystem.
