Low Biodiversity.
Explanation:
This all depends on the ecosystem and the Change occurring. There are a number of ways and environment can change, but lets take land use change as an example for your question as it is one of the key drivers in impacting ecosystem stability. Land used change includes change of a natural habitat like a forest or wetland or natural grassland to, in most cases, agricultural pasture or urbanization. This is a drastic change from a diverse number of niches filled by a diverse number of organisms specially adapted to this native environment, to a limited number of niches that can only be filled by a limited number of organisms, usually widespread and adapted to these modified habitats. It is this loss of biodiversity that impacts stability of an ecosystem. The nature of ecosystems is that the many different species within them provide a service to maintain the stability of the ecosystem function. When these species are removed, it can have unpredictable and long reaching affects to the services these ecosystems provide to us. A lot is still unknown about the link between biodiversity and ecosystem services, but as more studies are being done it is becoming clear that biodiversity has a positive impact on ecosystems thus should be maintained.
