DNA amplification process is used to form multiple copies of DNA sequences and the process of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) used for DNA amplification or to amplify a specific region of DNA.
So, the small sample quantities will be modified by using the PCR process that will amplify the eDNA so that they can be analyzed. So there are three basic steps in a PCR process that include (1) Double-stranded DNA is denatured into a single strand; (2) Rach single strand is then annealed by primers to form new strand; and (3) At the end, the new DNA strands are extended form the primers.
The amplified DNA at the end can be analyzed easily.
