6. A shrub or bush is a small- to medium-sized perennial woody plant. Examples of two shrubs are china rose and lemon.
7. A creeper is any plant that grows along the ground, around another plant, or up a wall by means of extending stems or branches. Examples of two creepers are watermelons and strawberries.
8. A tree is a woody perennial plant, typically having a single stem or trunk growing to a considerable height and bearing lateral branches at some distance from the ground. Examples of trees are palm trees and maple trees.
9. The difference is that creepers spread horizontally along the soil. At the nodal regions - where leaves grow - they produce fibre-like roots arising from the base of the stem, which get fixed and grow further. Such weak stems in creepers are called prostrate stems.
