During metaphase, the centrosomes are at opposite poles of the cell. The chromosomes, now at their most highly coiled and condensed, become arranged on a plane equidistant from the two poles called the metaphase plate.
During anaphase replicated chromosomes are split and the daughter chromatids are moved to opposite poles of the cell.
During telophase, Chromosome sets assemble at opposite poles, a nuclear envelope reforms around each set, and cytokinesis (division of the cytoplasm) usually follows.
Phases in interphase include: G1 phase-During G1, a lot of protein synthesis happens in order to increase the amount of cytosol in the cell., another phase is synthesis phase where the cell copies its own DNA and finally during G2 phase final preparations are made by the cell to enter mitosis and Discrete organelles increase in number by undergoing their own division during G2.
I hope this is the answer that you were looking for.
