Skeletal system  - Meristematic cells give rise to various organs of a plant and are responsible for growth.

Cardiovascular system  - Xylem tissue ( Xylem transport nutrient in the plants through fluid circulation like wise in Cardiovascular system blood is responsible for nutrient and fluid circulation)

Digestive system  - Phloem Tissue ( Both are related to food transport, its digestion and nutrition)

Reproductive system - Ground Tissue.
