B) Venus' surface temperature is about 480oC.
Explanation:
Venus is almost the size of Earth and the ingredients present in the two bodies are similar, but the similarities stop there. The second planet closest to the Sun is covered by heavy clouds of sulfuric acid and its surface temperature, above 460 ° C, can melt lead and make life impossible for any organism. A recent study, however, shows that things have not always been there. At the time when primitive bacteria began to populate the Earth, Venus was possibly a much more life-friendly planet, endowed with a mild climate and oceans with a depth of up to 2,000 meters. It would thus be the first stronghold of the Solar System to be habitable.
