When speaking in medical terms, it is best to explain medical conditions using simple words, rather than technical terminology and be sure to say things like,

"If there's anything you'd like to ask, please do."
"Is there anything I can provide additional information on?"
"Would you like me to elaborate any information I have provided you?"
