Mast cells secrete histamine that triggers inflammatory pathways.
Explanation:
Histamine is a potent vasodilator secreted from mast cell uder the regulation of IgE antibody. IgE antibody play an important role in various allergic reaction,antiparacytic reaction and also in inflammation.
IgE binds to mast cell by its Fc region which ultimately result in the degranulation of mast cell and secretion of histamines whose main function is to dilates the blood vessels.Basophils play a vital role in the releasing of histamine from mast cell.
