Third law ( C )
Explanation:
Newton's third law of motion states that for every action there is a corresponding reaction and this action and reaction can be likened to the force exerted on an object in the form of a push and pull because once there is a push( action ) exerted there is usually a pull ( reaction ).
Newton's first law of motion says that a body will remain at rest except been acted upon by an external force. in this law the external force does not feel the effect of the object it touched but in the third law the reaction is the feeling of the action exerted by an external force
