If i'm trying to figure out the number of mols in a sample of 25 g of copper chloride, how would i do it? would i divide 25 g by the molecular weight of copper chloride, which would come out to about 0.19 mols of copper chloride in a 25 g sample? and, during this lab, we react the copper chloride with zinc, which produced solid copper and zncl. how do i find the number of mols of chlorine released by the copper?
