About four months ago I got into a car crash and it started to become very hard for me to be in a car. I would start to shake and get very nervous, I felt like it would never be the same. I went to the doctor and told her about the problem I was having some anxiety. All she did was blow it over and told me to "forget about it". You can't just move on, it takes time to heal and talking to someone you can't alway do everything yourself. My close friends and family helped me finally feel save again.
