When describing scientific evidence, what is the meaning of the word “repeatable”?

Repeatable when talking about science means that the evidence and conclusions that have been considered in one study should be also possible to come to in another study.

In other words,

If study 1 finds result X, study 2 should also find result X. This means that the result is repeatable. 

I would recommend to use the statement : The organizational structure of the United Nations, namely consensus voting in the security council, makes it incapable of preventing war between major powers. The United States should propose the United Nations be given the ability to prevent war(s) in the future. The reason why I suggest using this statement as it sets clear purpose of a speech and rises the most inportant and major question for United States.
