Frederick Douglass had the greatest impact on me because Frederick was by race mixed because his parents was one white and the mom black race. Frederick Douglass was a abolitionist and he started for his race which was black and he was also an author and orator. For example, his actions to be doing many speeches and editorials he levied a powerful indictment against slavery and racism and he was the voice for his people. Frederick Douglass changed the old slave tradition and because of his background as a slave himself because his mother was a black slave and had her white master which gave birth to Frederick Douglass. For instance, he escaped at the age of 20 because he wanted to impact the slave tradition by talking with his voice loud and clear and speak about the injustice of slave system and that slaves are human too and they have the right to get an education, job and to live free.
