Allow me to give you what I'd write personally for this.

Explanation:

I belong to my school's golf team, and throughout my experiences, I feel like this group has formed my identity somewhat. I've experienced hardship through tournaments and practice sessions, and despite my shortcomings, my team has always had my back and encouraged me, no matter what. Their encouragement has given me a sense of self-confidence I don't think I would've ever had without them, and it's with them that I feel I truly have a group I belong with.
