Describe Thomas Jefferson's purpose for writing The Declaration of Independence. Then,
analyze how his use of paralelism helps develop this purpose. Be sure to use specific details

The Declaration of Independence was written in order to clarify and justify the actions of The Second Continental Congress, which was to assume the powers of an offical government. The colonists' saw themselves as Englishmen, with all the rights of Englishmen.Feb

Thomas Jefferson's Declaration of Independence was published in year of 1776 is said to be a form of text that uses "pathos" as it appeals to emotions when it calls for a sense of empathy from the crown by making a list of  percieved acts of tyranny from the king George III.

Specifically in the last 5 abuses, from 23 to 27 it makes a reference to the acts of the King: To suppress the colonial rebellion through violence and military means to attack the colonists. They burned towns and attacked ships.

By this writting is is evident that the author was trying to persuade and gain the audience, emotionally speaking.

Learning is essential to our existence. Just like food nourishes our bodies, information and continued learning nourishes our minds. Lifelong learning is an indispensable tool for every career and organisation.

Today, continuous learning forms a necessary part in acquiring critical thinking skills and discovering new ways of relating to people from different cultures. To live a life without continuous learning is unthinkable.
