4. What does the author mean when she says, "but I wish I could describe it 1 point better. I wish I could convince you. Omelas sounds in my words like a city in
a fairy tale, long ago and far away, once upon a time. Perhaps it would be
best if you imagined it as your own fancy bids, assuming it will rise to the
occasion, for certainly I cannot suit you all.
She thinks nobody will believe or understand her description of Omelas, so she asks
them to imagine their own version,
She is angry that nobody believed in the existence of Omelas
She is trying to persuade people to come to Omelas and save the child.
She is describing why some people walk away from Omelas.
