Sometimes these actions can result in death, as in, going on a roller coaster and it breaking and you falling off and dying. Also dangerous stunts like bungee jumping or drifting with cars can result in death, as in; the bungee rope breaking and you falling, and/or drifting and getting into a car wreck and it resulting in death.
