Bad habits are and who can represent you at that moment for example smoking and drinking can be a very bad habit and the causes could be from friends, school, family etc. the list goes on and on. Your bad habits are mostly and usually caused by family problems and usually they could be going through a rough time. Because of this you could have bad friends that get you in trouble making you do bad things such as smoking and this is when recreation comes in. Doing things such as smoking/drinking etc. when nobody is watching is recreation because it makes you feel good. So before making a bad decision which could lead to bad habits because of family related issues be aware and make good ones.
