Dear reliance property management:

you for sending all of us tenants a letter telling us when the building will have its roof replaced. however, i must point out some errors in the correspondence. first of all, the letter states that the job will be done "beginning june 10, 2010," but we received the notice on or about july 15, so this makes no sense. also, it says the staircase at the front of the building will be blocked due to roofing equipment. however, this building does not have a staircase. we are at street level. as you can imagine, these statements are confusing. send another notice at your earliest convenience that addresses the above issues.

you in advance,
mary bartlett
tenant in apartment #3

what is the best summary of the tenant's attitude in the letter above?

c.
she is mainly grateful that the property management company notified tenants about the work to be done on their building.
d.
she is clearly furious about the inept property managers and does not trust that they will address their errors in a timely manner.
