You should choose your opinion on if they should be kept in captivity or not, and base your argument off of that. In the introduction paragraph you should include something to catch the readers eye (such as a statistic like 'around 1 million vertebrate animals live in captivity') and explain your point of veiw on it. You should create a thesis that highlights your two main points on why or why not they should be, your two body paragraphs should explain those points more in depth. The conclusion paragraph should restate your thesis in different wording, summarize some of the points in the essay and leave the reader with something to think about like a question "what do you think about this?"
