Does this shakespearean english sentence that i wrote make sense? "wherefore dost mine family always hast to be a harm to the public". i'm trying to say why does my family have to always be a harm to the public

Yes it does.
Wherefore = for what reason
Dost = does 
hast = have 

Lord Byron was not typical of the Romantic poets because of many reasons.  Byron was by far one of the least serious and solemn poets of that time and the most flamboyant. He had a more satirical approach in his poetry and a less serious perspective on work in general.
