Email B uses a lot of slang and insults in a professional email. It'd be good to remove words like "totally" and phrases like "Like I care!"

A better way to put it is to say things like "This customer called and was exceptionally rude to me, what can I do to get her to be polite? What can I do to prevent anything like this from happening in the future"
