Extended Answer- Please answer the following question in at least 2 full paragraphs (8 total sentences)
You've seen two different versions of the Rusalka tale: one was animated and the other was in poetic form. They were both similar stories, yet each was different not only in its medium (form of expression) but in the experience it could offer its audience.
I want you to think about how each type of storytelling (visual and written) offers
different experiences to the viewer/reader. What can be communicated to an audience in a movie that can't be told in a written story? What can be expressed in a book or in a poem that couldn't be told on a screen?
