Know: Nutrition means the process of obtaining or providing the food necessary for health and growth. It is known that if you eat junk food all day, that you will probably have bad health.
Conversation: I watched a video that said that eating a healthy diet will help you to reverse aging, more than eating anything that is unhealthy. Mountain Dew has the most amount of sugar content in it than all other sodas.
