He uses Brutus' good- natured character to manipulate him into actually agreeing and taking his side. He is also seen as a cunning, power hungry man who will use any type of strategy that will support his aims and ambitions. He even faked the letter from Rome that was read by Brutus, which sealed his decision to side with the idea of killing Caesar. The one character trait that does not describe or fit Cassius is that of being "kind". He is far from being kind.
