I need Help answering these questions. Do you consider yourself a third culture kid? Has anyone ever asked you, "But no, where are you REALLY from". How does it make you feel?

If you don't consider yourself a third culture kid, have you ever moved from one city/state to one really far away. How was it explaining to people where you are from?

I consider myself a third culture kid and when someone asks where Im from I find it easier just to simplify where Im from but when they ask "Where are you really from" or something related, it makes me uncomfortable as if the answer I gave them wasnt good enough

If Dally had had any parenting or been shown kindness by anyone (before the Greasers), he probably would not have ended up in jail at the age of ten.  If he had not been forced to live on the streets, he probably could have allowed himself to be soft.
