I think it's D, because the picture has a really tranquil and almost boring vibe. But then you read it, and the words creates this uncomfortable tension. It's also not A, or B, because there's nothing in the picture that says it's related to teens or driving, and while it could be implied, you could also claim that its talking about increased violence from being on your phone or techno-isolating. And C is wrong, because it's simply not showing a statistic.
