So i'm doing this thing in class tomorrow where you pick a topic and have 1 minute to think about what you're going to say and then speak about it for 1 minute. i'm extreamly nervous. any tips on how to deal with this?

Are the topics randomly given to you, or are you able to choose one? If you're able to choose, I would definitely pick something you're interested in already, ahead of time, and maybe even do some quick internet research about it.
