It means that it’s hard to know when you are getting another chance to do something and when your getting last and only Chance to do something

The answer to this question is the letter "C" which is "You should consider the purpose of both the interviewee and the the interviewers". This is what interviews all about, building yourself to the interviewer and convincing them that your intention meets their purpose. The employers need to convince you that they are the best and you need them and their company. This is tool in to evaluate each other.
