no i've never had a depression phase but thats just because im a naturally vibrant happy person but i feel rlly rlly sad sometimes and it sucks.

advice:

when i feel sad usual i play my favorite music on a ear-deafening volume or i take a nap because when you sleep you can't feel emotions. and talking to a friend or a therapist helps, i personally used to go to therapy and it was really nice.
